My name is Silvia, I am a multilingual accredited Executive Coach based in London. My greatest passion is supporting leaders in transition who want to develop confidence and resilience in their new roles.
Both in the corporate world and within charities, my role has always been supporting employees through stressful and potentially overwhelming situations, promoting wellbeing and its potential impact on work performance.
The staff used to say that I was “an island of calm in the storm.”
I create conditions for an honest conversation where you feel valued and listened to without judgement. My focus is totally on your wellbeing as I have been in your shoes before and I know what it means to feel overwhelmed or stressed in the workplace.
