About Me

Hello there!

My name is Silvia Imperadori. I am a multilingual Executive Coach accredited with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).

I have an early foundation as a corporate lawyer and international experience gained across a range of sectors such as legal, banking & finance, microcredit and not for profit.

My interest for travelling and languages, together with my curiosity for cultural and social diversity, led me to start my professional career as a lawyer in London, dealing with international child abduction cases. I then worked as a project manager in the banking industry and for the non-profit sector in the UK, Europe, India and Africa.

Both in the corporate world and within charities, my role has always been managing the start-up of new companies, facilitating organisations’ transitions and supporting employees through challenging and potentially overwhelming situations. The staff used to say that I was “an island of calm in the storm.”

Outside my professional life, I have a passion for volunteer work within my speciality. I am one of the founding members of a social business providing affordable coaching to support education, young enterprise and employability. I am also part of the team of a UN affiliated charity that delivers leadership programmes to young people from around the world.

“It doesn’t matter what your title is nor how much money you make. It doesn’t matter how famous you are. But what does matter is: did you make a difference?”
